Watch the Daily Show online
Posted on Mar 7, 2009 in Movies
The Daily Show with Jon Stewart is a American television show that offers satirical news correspondence on world news but centering mainly on US news and also does various interviews. The show began airing on Comedy Central in 1996 but Jon Stewart took over as host in 1999 and is the core of the show today. The show describes itself as a fake news show with correspondents for any role plausible:

I don’t watch much television since I don’t have one so I watch my shows online via iPlayer, web site streaming and other sources (Or like Rachel Maddow so elegantly put it: “I watch the show on the online machine”). Since I don’t have a TV I was really happy when I discovered that the Daily Show airs complete copies of it’s show online. They are however only available in the US but there are almost full copies available for people in other countries to enjoy. The shows are posted as segments for the various parts of each episode and are available 2 days after airing and it’s great to sit back and watch for some great satirical points on our world. So go and bookmark whichever site is fitting for you and check out the show.
Here are a few clips from this week and last to give you an incentive:
